This is my plan for a TICKET TO WORK:

Make Employers be responsible for their employees.

Any person from Mexico that wants to come to the U.S. to work must sign up at a local, U.S. employment office located at different locations along the border of Mexico. These workers shall be finger printed and given a picture identification card. Each individual will be given a physical examination and searched for any illegal substances.

These non-Americans shall follow the following rules:

Employees shall pay State and Federal taxes only. No Medicare or social security taxes will be deducted.

THE PRESIDENT SET GOAL DATES FOR ELECTIONS AND FOR FORMING OF THE GOVERNMENT IN IRAQ: WHAT'S WRONG WITH SETTING A GOAL POST FOR THE IRAQI ARMY TO STAND UP? WHAT'S WRONG WITH SETTING A GOAL POST FOR IRAQI POLICE TO STAND UP? WHAT'S WRONG WITH SETTING A GOAL POST FOR REACHING OIL PRODUCTIONS OVER THERE? WHAT'S WRONG WITH SETTING A GOAL POST FOR RECONSTRUCTION OVER THERE?

THESE DATES DON'T HAVE TO BE SET IN STONE, BUT SET, JUST AS THE PAST GOAL DATES WERE SET BY PRESIDENT BUSH.

THEY AREN'T DATES FOR THE U.S. TO LEAVE IRAQ; BUT RATHER DATES THE IRAQI PEOPLE MUST MEET NEXT.

I think it's time to start researching and reporting on things about possible future GOP leaders. The GOP keeps pushing Hillary for the Dem's because thats who they WANT to run. They know they have a much better chance against her, Kerry or Edwards then anyone else thinking of running.

It's time we started looking deeper into McCain, Giuliani, etc.. and pushing the one we think is the most vunerable. Then begin pointing out the WRONGS they've done in their pasts, or lack of accomplishments, etc.

We shouldn't wait till 2008 to do this. GOP have been harping on Hillary or Kerry (even Gore) since the last presidential election. Push push push - even the media has jumped on that bandwagon.

I just finished sending in a Freedom of Information form (FOIA) requesting to know if anything about myself has been investigated by the FBI or CIA.

I think it would be helpfull if as many people as possible were to do the same thing.  That way, we'd eventually know if someone's private info WAS INDEED looked at by the Bush administration - an ordinary citizen as he calls them.

Almost 5 years since 9/11 and NOW the president declares our borders are an URGENT national security issue?  Perhaps he's confused the urgent border issue with the urgent Election day issue.

Pentagon picks THIS YEAR, less than 6 months away from election day, to release the video of the Pentagon during the 9/11 attack.

Perfect timing BUSH! 

I was reading about the polls showing that Americans favor Democrats over Republicans in a story on CNN.  It says,

Rep. Roy Blunt of Missouri, the No. 3 Republican official in the House, told CNN he isn't worried about his party losing power.  "Between now and [the midterm elections], the Democrats are going to be forced to define what they're for," said Blunt, who is the majority whip.

"That's going to work to our advantage as it works to our advantage to have a chance to explain what we're for."

I just received this from Donna:

"Well, my Uncle Howard just passed away. He (along with Aunt Nellie and my
cousins Robert and orpha Lee) was trapped in an attic for over one week.
Once rescued, they were airlifted to Georgia. For one entire month, he
pleaded with us to bring him back to Louisiana to die. Well, we tried, but
could not find a nursing home anywhere.

This is one of the longest, saddest chapters in my life."
