His segment starts at about 7:20 marker, but don't ignore the first half regarding NATO's decisions on induction of Ukraine and Georgia, and Russia's position.

Let's hope McCain's campaign announces that BEFORE the Dem convention. Maybe then Dean et all will feel they have a good enough excuse (sad they think they need one instead of just doing what's right!) to seat the Florida delegates. And the Michigan delegates.

And I think, maybe prescient, in guessing that McCain's running mate will be one of the two Govs he mentioned. Most likely it will be the latter; and that could be trouble for the Democratic party, especially if we nominate O with fewer than around 2500 delegates.
