Hi,
Just dropping by to post a link to my blog that has some pictures from Denver. Wish I could write more but have a very busy schedule today.

Denver ain't too bad, eh? Except for the traffic...
Which hotel are you in?

I am at the Courtyard...right in the middle of everything. It has been great because I can walk to just about everything, though I will take the bus to Invesco today. Our delegation has had non-stop parties and I am living on hors d'oevures and alcohol. Sleep. sleep, sleep is for sissys.

Aw, hell, you can sleep when you get home.
It's nice that you're not shunted out to one of the hotels in the 'burbs, and I hope while you're here you get a chance to get up in the mountains. Denver itself could be anywhere (but with a view on a clear day). The magic starts about 50-75 miles west.

The mountains haven't changed much since the 70s, although the towns have grown by leaps and bounds.

Does anybody know if Morning Joe will originate from Denver on Friday? My hotel is very close to the cafe they have been broadcasting from and I will still be in town. I have to go to a meeting right now but will check back later.

I suspect that Wes is overnighting in Denver after his long flight from Europe.
Tell him "hi" for me.

As a matter of fact I came back on the side street to my hotel and found that the restaurant is right next door to the Couryard. Of course, they start the show at 4 a.m. I hope I am back from Invesco by then :)
We are leaving in few minutes to get our shuttle to Invesco. I can't fathom the amount of people they are expecting to go through security. It should be interesting because I expect security to be even tighter than it was for the Pepsi Center.

I hope you are having fun in Denver. I loved your pics. :)
