Click here for 29 photos from Tuesday's WesPAC Annual Meeting. They are of varying quality, and some of the featured people may want to shoot me.

If not us, WHO? If not now, WHEN?

At 2:00 a.m. I gotta report on both Levin and Pelosi?
Gimme a break.
Levin detailed the whole history behind the Democratic-turned-Republicn resolution behind the Iraq intelligence story. Chapter and verse.
Regarding Pelosi, I remember more of the impression than what she actually said. She was the one who said that Wes was the only person in the world who could fix the MIddle East, given his credibility, experience, and knowledge. The word to describe Pelosi is "gracious."
I think that the fact that Levin and Pelosi took time out of what had to be an increcibly busy and important day to talk to us says volumes about the respect and esteem they hold for Wes.

Can't you see that KR was only joking with you? We're not always dead serious on this forum, all the time.
And thanks for sharing those pictures. You took some great shots.

...and intended my response as a joke. Sorry if it didn't come out that way.

Oh well, ... See! Now look at what you done, reggiesmom! I really thought I had him going...
Who's going to post a brief synopsis Levins' lecture, now?
Who can we pressure?
Stan, let's try KaFlinn! She was there! Maybe you can agree to crop her pic out? BTW. KaFlinn, ...I do have one of those "blurred" pics of you that I didn't post.

Nice pictures!
"The mark of leadership is not to standup when everybody is standing, but rather to actually stand up when no one else is standing" - Pulitzer Prize winning author Samantha Power, introducing Gen Clark
Made me almost feel like I was there...
These were great!!
The General gets it right. Competence--What a concept!
For taking and sharing your great photos.

I can't even look. There are so many people I miss....oh well. I started going through these, and got all choked up again. Teary eyed. Why can't I just get over you people! :P
Great photo of Gordon and Wes! (That's when I had to stop....)

It's because of Wes. He brings people together and once that happens, it's virtually impossible to shake.

and I almost called you when I got stuck in Chicago! Then got stuck in Denver, SF...UGH! It was an ugly trip home, but worth every minute to have had the previous few days.
I'm not looking at your pics, Stan, until you've cropped me out of them. He (Stan) finally agrees with me that I break cameras. If only he'd listened sooner. Oh the carnage! :-)
"Our public servants work for us - we don't work for them. We have an obligation, as citizens of this country, to always remember that - and to never let them forget it." - DeadMessengers

Sounds like a rough trip. Ours went well. We only got lost once going from the airport to Howard's. Then, when we left Howard's EVERYTHING WENT PERFECTLY! Imagine that. We didn't get lost at all! It was a first for us.

for the nice comments about the pics. It's easy to take good pics of such great people.
Dormaphaea, it's okay to cry. We are family (he said, breaking out in song).

RuthB told me he stuck his hand into his suitcase without looking and cut his finger on his razer.

Ruth told him to use an electric razer. On the other hand, if he's that much of a klutz, he might electrocute himself. (Err... just kidding, sir.)

I have seen some, but not others. Great photos, Stan. I love the back of Mike Webers head. Several of them. Ha! I did figure out a frontal view from the hair style. Ha, ha!

...not a bad-looking guy.
