I love that he is making it clear that he isn't against the spying per se that but the abuse of said program when King George circumvents the law. He's able to speak authoritatively on this as he has actually used the NSA in the past.

Listen up Dems.........the only chance we have of beating back the barbarians is to have Wes out there front and center.

Thanks Ruth....you're the best.

Mad4clark

you hit the nail on the head so to speak, I just want to know when he is going to stop this defense, and go to a "strike" offence, Im love the man, fought with him, and I know what he is capable of, if he ever goes into "combat mode" with these repugs, get out of his way,    JIM

I'm continuously amazed on the sheer number of topics/situations that Wes has come into contact with & can speak authoritatively on- is there anything he isn't prepared to field!? Down to Olympic swimmers!

'Now, General, you're not a fan of the NSA..." NEVER falls into the trap, NEVER lets himself be framed.

What a smarty!- "Actually, I am a fan..."

HAHAHHAAAA! He can honestly say that & mean it- it was a nice way to disarm starting out, too.

I love it when the subject just happen to touch down domestically too.

Oh & Ruth- thanks for posting it- would have missed otherwise. :)

at responding and getting his points in even in these very short segments and with an oppositional questioner!

Thanks again (and again and again), Ruth!

I'm really impressed, Wes stood his ground really well and didn't let them turn it into a my way or the highway debate like the Republicans do to so many Dems who come on to oppose the way Bush went around FISA, Wes however comes off looking both principled and tough on terrorists.

I think he's more than ready for whatever stunts the MSM try to pull on him in 08, you really can't get much more brilliant than that. On reflection I'm really glad Wes decided to sign on with Fox, you really can't get more venomous than these guys, and with this experience he'll be much better prepared for the BS the MSM will pull next time, I think they'll be in for more than they bargained for
