"The War Tapes" looks like one hell of a film...

I just noticed this over on the "blog buzz," and checked out the page that mentions Clark's recommendation and the trailer. Chilling!

This looks like another one to chalk up in the "must see" column...

when it opened in NYC a couple of weeks ago...and wrote this review -

I thought, when I saw the film, that Bazzi and Wes would get along...I'm glad they got a chance to meet.

And it is a film that everyone should see...

I read that blog too Linda. I doubt that the film will make it up here, but ya never know. I wish it would, the trailer was very provocative.

I heard the director interviewed on AAR a few weeks ago and she said the film will be out on DVD, I think by this fall.

It's better to see in a theatre but if you can't, I'd suggest watching the DVD when it's available.

I was looking for a place to order the DVD on their site, and I couldn't find one. I did see a place to request a local theater to show the film. My friend owns the local art cinema. (Well, local as in an hour and half away.) I'm thinking of going through the process to ask Stew to get the movie.
