Manhattanites, it's just a 30-40 minute $3.10 bus ride on NJ Transit....Looks to me like the bus drops you off just a half block away from the American Legion...Can't beat that.
NJ Transit bus schedules can be found here. #163 will take you from Port Authority in midtown, #175 will take you there from the GW Bridge Bus Station.
Couple of NJ blogs mention the event....
Blue Jersey throws this at the end of a piece about Madeline Albright's visit to NJ in support of Paul...
psst- keep August 1st open. A little bird told me that General Wesley K. Clark (U.S.A., Retired), former Supreme Allied Commander of Europe, will be visiting the 5th in support of Paul Aronsohn.
This was also posted on their event page:

And Retire Garrett has this:
For those of you haven't heard, General Wes Clark (Ret.) will be joining Paul for a free event in Rochelle Park on August 1st. Give the campaign a call ASAP if you want to go. Based on the buzz I've been feeling, it's going to be something you won't want to miss!
Sounds like a good time.....

Any Jerseyites going?
I think I might be able to make this one if I can skip work a little early...The buses are really convenient as I can take one out there from Pt. Authority and one back to GW....

I'm planning on being there. We also have the event on the NJ for Clark web page and have an email or two out hoping to get more people there.

Are you safer today than you were five years ago?
I will be there for the rally, the reception is too rich for my blood. Would like to meet up with some other Clark supporters. I'll be wearing a blue polo shirt, grey shorts, and a blue USA cap. Let me know if we can get together.
GUY GAROFANO
I'm sure we'll be able to get together. I have no idea what I'll be wearing but we'll get together somehow.

The Aronsohn campaign has provided additional information on the fundraising reception. This will be posted shortly to their web site but the key piece of information is that the reception will have a "minimum donation" of $200. Of course the rally is free.
If you plan on attending the reception they ask that you be sure to RSVP to the email on their web site.
