See ya' Tom

I know everyone is focused on the CT race. I am too. But no matter what happens tonight, remember today was a good day because Tom DeLay is dropping out. I kept telling folks this might happen and sure enough, DeLay doesn't want to face the voters. He'd prefer saving all that money for his legal defense fund. As all of us know, he's gonna need it. Go Nick Lampson.

We have a long hard hard road ahead. We are going to need to spread ourselves around and help dems all over the country. Lampson MUST win... if you think delay and the ne-cons will not attack him and try and take him down, then you have not been paying attention for the last 6 years and more!.

Too bad his name won't get more press in the next two months to remind voters about "K Street" just a little bit more.

Who do you think the write-in candidate DeLay supports will be- any names floating out there? (was mentioned briefly on msnbc but they didn't spend much time on it)-

Lieberman proves he's a neocon at heart and is finally leaving the party. Seduced by the kiss and without a blush he gives himself to Bush's Culture of Death.

I love the fact that the last to be fleeced by Delay were his most loyal supporters. I suppose even now they don't see the crook in his crooked smile.

Bob Bennett, on fox, got it right just now when he called Tom DeLay, "The Gift That Keeps on Giving."
