WC3: Until we meet again

The Wes Clark Countdown to Change (WC3) Project is winding down--at least for now. We thank and honor all of you for your participation in 2006 campaigns. We also hope to have an opportunity to start up again--2008 isn't forever away. We have very much enjoyed our work in finding productive things for grassroots volunteers to do. Our collection was distributed to over 200 campaigns as well. We hope you have found some of our projects useful. We thank you very much for "listening" and for being part of the change. So, enjoy a little hiatus to recharge your batteries and we hope all of you have a wonderful Holiday season full of love and family. We devoutly hope to "see " you again after the first of the year. We had great fun doing what we did, and we didn't even try to kill each other as we argued language and topics.

You can't just wind us all up and then tell us to go on hiatus!
If we take back congress and the senate tomorrow, fixing the problem of hunger won't seem as daunting. It's that time of year when we do a service type project gearing up for Gert and Wes birthdays in December. Don't worry Reg.
One person in one of the Yahoo! groups said her hiatus would be eight hours. Another said that 2008 starts Wednesday morning for her.
I guess you/we Clarkies are just workaholics trying to make a better world!

...more like "See ya' later." We're already thinking about Volume II of the Collection, and beginning to think about a campaign for...well...somebody. (Don't want to jinkx anything.)
