The Columbus Dispatch calls Chillicothe "old reliable".

While the majority of voters in Ross County, Ohio voted for John McCain, those in the county seat (Chillicothe) favored Barack Obama by a 50-48 margin which is close to what he won in Ohio overall (51-47).
