Several hundred spirited Democrats from many different states marched through Denver Tuesday calling for the Democratic Party to respect the votes of the 18 million who voted for Hillary Clinton in the primaries/caucuses. I was the one holding up the sign that read, "DNC - Listen Up - Women Count - Play Fair".

I got to know Sacha Millstone as a very dedicated Democrat this year. She is an extremely intelligent, hard-working and talented leader who defeated many outstanding peers, some with much greater name recognition, when she was elected to be a Colorado delegate to the Democratic National Convention.

Like most of the rest of us who ran for delegate slots, Sacha is deeply committed to the candidate of her preference; and she pledged to us that she would back our candidate fully. That is one of the many reasons we voted for her.
