Reading on the GD today about the expansion of the role of Blackwater/ Xe troops under Obama.... I began to ask myself:

What or who is it that has expanded or increased in this first year of the Obama administration?

And the answer came to me in poem form!

I dreamed a black guy got elected President of the United States. If that is not impossible enough, in the dream hundreds of thousands of people were at the acceptance speech transported to tears or with smiles of joy.

Why even Jesse Jackson was there shedding tears. And on TV Condi Rice had a press conference in which she could hardly hide her joy. Imagine, the Whitehose wifie praising a democrat. Just plain silly. And there was General Colin Power, a Republican as well, nearly in tears himself.

I've been very pro-Biden for a couple of decades. We're all aware that he faces off with Gov. Palin tonight. From the sheer realm of experiences that run a wide gamut, I just don't know how he is going to fare. He faces a bit of a disadvantage, since his home state of Delaware does not share a common maritime border with Russia.

Lot of bad blood here last days, I really hope things will work out somehow so most of the community stays united anyhow possible. No, I'm not going to lecture either "side" in this (I don't really see 2 sides in this, but bunch of one way or another hurt people and I simpatize [least said] with the very most).
