Dumping Rush: Why it IS the right thing to do, and not a 1st amendment issue

Over the past week or so, I've run into a number of people very upset about Wes' campaign to get Rush Limbaugh dumped from Armed Forces Radio. Most are Clark supporters, and most are upset enough about this to consider no longer supporting Wes because of it. I've probably had this debate with about 20 people so far, and there is a common, understandable, theme.

On almost any issue, I can readily find out what leading thinkers are saying in academic journals or read the opinions of concerned citizens through blogs and other media as I consider legislation and participate in Senate debates.That's why I've become very concerned that the freedom of the Internet could be compromised, if telephone or cable companies are able to limit or control what we can or cannot use.<!-- begin ad tag (ptile=2) 300x250--><!-- End ad tag -->

We cannot allow this to happen.
