The topic of discussion will center around the recent addition of 10 new countries to the European Union, and how those countries are contributing to the growth and development of the Union as a whole.

General Clark will be the Keynote Speaker at the Jefferson Jackson Dinner in Hobbs, New Mexico. Senator Jeff Bingaman will also speak at the event. General Clark will also attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new Democratic Headquarters to be held before the JJ Dinner at 5:00pm.

General Clark will give the May 2005 Commencement Address at Lyon College and will also receive an honorary degree. Founded in 1872, Lyon College is the oldest independent college in Arkansas operating under its original charter.

General Clark will be the Special Guest at the Khakis and Catfish Democratic Party event at the Old Statehouse in Little Rock. This event will honor Arkansas's Constitutional Officers, including: Attorney General Mike Beebe, Secretary of State Charlie Daniels, State Treasurer Gus Wingfield, State Auditor Jim Wood, and Land Commissioner Mark Wilcox. This event will also help kick off the Jefferson Jackson Dinner to be held on Saturday, May 14th. Tickets are available for this event through the Democratic Party of Arkansas.
