Clark will be a special  guest at the second annual Rayburn-Johnson dinner on Saturday evening, April 28th in Dallas at the Westin Galleria Hotel.  The dinner benefits the Texas Values in Action Coalition.  A special tribute will be paid to Mr. Jess Hay, long-time Democratic party stalwart and former DNC Finance Chairman.  Mr. Hay endorsed Gen. Clark in his presidential bid in 2004.
