General Wesley Clark will speak at the annual Jefferson-Jackson Dinner Oct. 17 for the Kentucky Democratic Party.

Other scheduled speakers include Gov. Steve Beshear and U.S. Reps. Ben Chandler of Versailles and John Yarmuth of Louisville.

“We are so grateful for the contributions General Wesley Clark and all veterans have made to our country and I am proud to host him in Kentucky for the KDP’s Jefferson-Jackson Dinner,” party chairman Charlie Moore said in a statement.
