GENERAL WESLEY CLARK: Tim Kaine's a man of strong values. Got a great family. Got a great record of serving and caring about others. He's a man who is a proven performer. He did some amazing things as the mayor of Richmond. You made it one of the top ten business cities in America, 76,000 jobs added, a real anti-crime prevention that cut off crime at it's roots.

Tim, I just, I look at you, and I look at what you can do for this state, and for this country, what it represents to this party. You're the kind of Democrat that we need.

Your election to Governor in Virginia is going to cast a national beacon across this land.

They're going to say, "This is what Democrats are about." Democrats are about the issues that pull the country together. Democrats are a party of faith. Democrats are a party of values. Democrats are a party of can-do leadership. I present to you the next governor of Virginia.
